Any unused Owala bottle in its original packaging can be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Please note that unless the issue is the result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Return instructions

Great! So you’re ready to request a return. The button below will take you to a return portal where you can generate your own label. Fill out the required information and a return label will be immediately available for download. Print out the label, carefully pack up your returned bottles so that they’re not damaged while in transit, and securely fasten your return label to the outside of your package. Drop off your package at your nearest Post Office and we’ll take care of it from there.
